 Issue 2012, vol. 4

This newsletter is all about our latest limited run in Red Alox. We have 6 models, one of which is a brand new configuration, with only 50 pieces of each model made. We hope you like them!

Remember, while I am in Switzerland (for a few more weeks), I can safely ship to a number of countries, please contact me for shipping costs.

Soon I am travelling to Ibach to arrange for some new and exciting SAKs for this summer!

Best Regards.

Red Alox Bushcrafter, 2011 Soldier, Cadet Plus, Minichamp, Drifter, Rambler
Drifter back
Cadet Plus
The biggest news of this latest limited run is the brand new 58mm SAK model, which we nicknamed "Drifter". In the 58mm SAK lineup it fits between Rambler® and Minichamp and has the following tools:
  • Blade (spearpoint)
  • Scissors
  • Nailfile with nail cleaner tip
  • Flat screwdriver with ruler
  • Letter opener blade, a.k.a. emergency blade
  • Cap lifter with magnetized Phillips screwdriver and wire stripper
  • Key ring

The other models, which include Rambler®, Minichamp, Cadet Plus, Bushcrafter, and 2011 alox Soldier, are issued in red alox scales with silver shield outline for the first time. So, if you like your alox SAKs in traditional Swiss Army red, we hope you will find the model that is right for you.

The prices are:
  • Red Alox Rambler: $45
  • Red Alox Drifter: $55
  • Red Alox Minichamp: $65
  • Red Alox Cadet Plus: $58
  • Red Alox 2011 Soldier: $55
