 Issue 2009, vol. 3
Hello from Switzerland!

This edition of Swissbianco Newsletter is a quick update on some rare Victorinox items we have available.

Additionally, we are happy to report that a meeting we had with Mr. Elsener at Victorinox went extremely well. As a result, we have an approval for the production of a limited run of Swissbianco Victorinox Alox Bushcrafter SAK, as well as an agreement to continue working on a first ever fixed-blade version of a SAK. More details will be available in the coming months.

For additional photos of the items featured in this newsletter, Victorinox factory and museum photos, and more, please visit our Swissbianco Photobucket SAK Album.
Climber and Golfer with Long Nail File
This pair of SAKs share a very useful feature - a long nail file on the back of the scissors layer.

The 84mm Golfer model is retired and collectible. We have a very limited number available, new in box, for $65 each.

The 91mm Euro-Climber model is also not easy to come by. These are offered, new in box, for $65$55 each.

Silver Alox First Mate
These were a completely unexpected find, described in our January 2009 Newsletter. These are the only known nautical model (with marlin spike/sacking needle) produced with the new silver alox scales.

The last batch of 30 of these Silver Alox First Mates is now available, new in box, for $65 each.

Once they are gone, that's it!
111mm StayGlow Scales
We were able to obtain a number of yellow Stayglow scales for 111mm Victorinox SAK models. These scales are not available through regular retail channels. These are similar to the scales on Victorinox Recue Tool, except they do not contain the "Rescue Tool" markings.

Brand new from the factory, these are offered at $20 for the set (one front and one back scale).
New Swiss Army Issue Black Spirit Tool
We now have the pricing for the official Swiss Army multitool.

Announce in our previous newsletter, this is a special variant of Swisstool Spirit, with black oxide finish, pointed blade, scissors, and pliers with blasting cap crimper! It comes with the original green army sheath.

This official Swiss Army multitool is available at $170.
